JEWELLERY CARE
All Something About Mabel pieces are lovingly handmade and we want you to enjoy them for time to come. In order to do so, we recommend the following:
Avoid contact with perfumes, creams and lotions as this may cause discolouration
Remove jewellery before exercising, showering and sleeping
Sterling Silver can tarnish when not worn as the oils in our skin prevent this from happening. Always store your jewellery in a non-tarnish box/pouch and clean regularly with a silver polishing cloth
SIZE GUIDE
All of our bracelets are made to 18cm. If you require a bespoke size, either smaller or larger, please contact us for a quote.
We do not recommend our jewellery for children under 3 years old
DELIVERY
All Something About Mabel products are presented in a branded anti-tarnish box or pouch. We recommend storing your jewellery in this to keep it looking it's best
We aim to process and send your order as soon as we can. Orders are often dispatched the next working day but can take up to 3 days. Personalised orders can take up to 14 days to complete
Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail. We offer 2 services including Special Delivery which guarantees next day delivery on all orders placed before 10am. This service is not available for bespoke items
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We hope that you will love your Something About Mabel piece, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or refund
To request a return, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order
Personalised and bespoke items are non-returnable as are earrings due to hygiene purposes
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
All products are guaranteed for 6 months, and we offer a repair service free of charge within this period for any damage caused by manufacturing defects. This does not include general wear and tear or misuse
